CARDIN TO CHAIR JUDICIARY COMMITTEE HEARING ON ADMINISTRATION’S CIVIL RIGHTS PRACTICES
Hearing Will Focus on Enforcement of Anti-Discrimination Laws and Politicization of the DOJ's Civil Rights Division

U.S. Senator Benjamin L. Cardin, D-MD, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, will chair an oversight hearing on the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and its performance in enforcing anti-discrimination statutes enacted by Congress, including laws relating to voting rights, civil rights, housing, and employment.
